She doesn't always seem very sure about the lyrics, but I know from years in choir classes that it's easy to forget lyrics no matter how much you've practiced! And yeah, unless you're totaly going to dance, don't make movements...
Your voice has much potential. It sounds very grown up when you begin phrases, but it gets nasal about 45 seconds in. Also, cut it out with the hand motions!
