Good project. I built a "heaven's flame" style cooker last year, and it's cooked a bunch of good meals. It's a little like crock-pot cooking. I can put a roast and some veggies in an oven bag in the morning, and by dinner time, everything is tender and tasty. I'm building a larger one out of more permanent materials - Florida humidity and cooking steam do bad things to cardboard eventually. But these really work nicely.
