they are fake cause i got the black ones and on the back of your box it has a picture of the red heartbeats and the real ones have a picture of the black ones on it and also the case has a heart imprint on it and your one is upside down where it should be rightside up sorry dude but best buy must get the shipment off dhgate.com which sells the fake have a look and you'll see you got A)ripped off & B) THERE FAKE

But I don't have these anymore, I returned these and got Solos HD (RED), those are btter.
