  • nice I am the 1000th viewer

should I paint my glossy? hmmmm..

  • Hey man if you want glossy finish try the glossy clear by tamiya for the final coat...clear pearl is not glossy. its only good for metallic looks.

  • @mengoy22 hey man just a quick question about the glossy clear by tamiya.. have you used it on any flat white painted surfaces? and if so....does it turn the white a yellowish amber color. i have used several different clear gloss coats in the past. testors brand clear coat turns white an amber yellow color which ruins white. needless to say i am looking for a clear coat that does not amber white painted surfaces. hit me back....thanks

  • i haven't tried it yet only pearls clear though. and it turn out ok. no turning yellowish or anything.

  • do you panel line?

  • Yes i do panel line.

  • thanks a lot bro, just got me two cans of a brilliant blue tamiya paint, i know they're expensive but i guess it's worth it for future gunpla spraying. thank you very much. also, any specific pearl clear spraypaint u'd recomend? would really help. keep up the good work!

  • Oh its also tamiya brand for the pearl clear paint.

  • @mengoy22

was the blue all you painted?

  • Yes all the blue parts.

  • @mengoy22

Which blue was it? and was it clear blue?

  • Clear blue only in the gn sword 2 clear parts. for the armor brilliant blue.

  • What did you use for flesh color?

  • oh you mean setsuna. i bought it online dude its an action figure so no painting required.

  • Oh,I thought it was one of those mini-figs that came with it.

  • Very nice video! Did you paint the PG's eyes clear green? How did you do it?

  • Thanks! its very simple actually i did use sharpie permanent marker on the clear parts in the eye that it. but some say clear paint is much better.

  • Thanks! Dude BTW the setsuna model is a action figure.

fortunately i don't have any problem building this kit. all parts works just fined.
