i had a bone spur on my acromion... feb 15 of this year had it removed.. had debride job done on supra and stitch on teres I believe.. the first few days sucked... hurt bad... as weeks progressed i felt tightness, soreness... got some tendonitis in my elbow of the same arm (from overuse) but today i finished PT... i feel WAY better than i did... it takes work on your part to recover... but keep taking aleve and keep LIGHT work on it... it'll get better
I had this 3 days ago, not too stressful. there's a lot of negative stories on the web, so take it all with a pinch of salt, they took out a loose bit of collar bone and took away a spur that was wearing away a ligament, very stiff, no terrible pain just soreness,
had this done just over a week ago. sling off in two days and hardly any pain, but how much exercise or movement is too much because i'm pretty much up and running again??
I had this done 3 days ago not bad at all. i have not needed to take any pain meds at all. i am 46 years old. dont get me wrong i am sore it is not that bad at all no need to freak out.
Looks like some kind of flesh eating metal monster. I'm scheduled for this surgery in two weeks. Just hope they givve me massive drugs before they release the Kraken!

i had this done a little over 5 weeks ago, along with some scar tissue removal. it takes time to recover for sure. im still stiff with some movements but overall my doc at phsyio said that im ahead of schedule for movement, but said to slow it down so i can heal better. so good luck to all who get surgery, and take your time coming back, there is no rush.
wow.i was due to have this surgery done today, nfortunately due to a virus in my throat, the anaesthatist wouldnt put me to sleep..got to wait 4 wks now..but..seeing this, am dreadin it now!!!...lol...does it really help?
Great - I'm sitting here waiting to go in tomorrow and have this done at 11:00 am. I'm thinking about taking a cab in the other direction right now. What is that a car body grinder they are using.
