this is totally fake. a goat is much larger than a golden eagle. i have been very close to a golden eagle and know their strength. they can at most lift a rat. nothing bigger. they have a large wingspan but their body is very small and their muscles not large enough to do anything with a goat. Also that kind of photography in such a terrain is also totally impossible.
