THe TA get very little help from the goverment
No Pensions
No Employment rights as such
They take the risks the same as regulars but have none of the back ups which is a crying shame
The Duke of Westminster is the richest British person in the UK. He could do a lot more good if he wanted to.

@SethHesio My family and I have known the Duke of Westminster and his family for some years, I was at school with his children and my father has dealt with him in business. I can tell you, he is can be an unpleasant so and so at times.
