Actually, Harajuku was a band in the 90s, I believe, that did remixes of songs from Les Mis, MIss Saigon, and The Lion King. I doubt very much this singer even speaks native English- she pronounces "voice" as "woice."

In der Tat es singt KRISTINA BACH ..das war die erste Single von Harajuku. Nach diesem großen Erfolg erst wurde HARAJUKU als Projekt aufgezogen und erst dann kam Stephanie O´Hara als Sängerin dazu.

The musical Phantom of the Opera was never a movie until 2004, 10 years before this remix.

This was probably a cast recording from some country or tour, and remixed by someone else, and then sold as singles.
