this is actually Cleveland's second ghoul - the first Ghoulardi - was more like count dracula with a goatee, whilst the second is this guy - what my father used to call the "happy hippie". My parents didn't like me staying up so I watched this late at night in the downstairs living room with the volume turned way down. I was always convinced Sat Night live stole the Mr. Bill idea from his froggy routines.
