There is a cool literary reference at 2:19 when the pizza guy throws the pizza to the chained dogs. In Virgil's Aeneid (book vi) the hero Aeneas goes to the underworld and gets by the three headed dog Cerberus by throwing it a honeycake. This fits with the general theme that Johnny is living in a private hell of his past memories of glory.

Man, I loved the ridiculously retarded idea behind this song when I first heard it on MLB the Show 08. But of course, I loved it! The lyrics, the sound...everything!

Then I finally looked up this video up here on youtube and freakin' loved it. From Ralph Macchio and William Zabka to freakin' super hot/slim Liza Snyder and Dennis Haskins/Mr. Belding (albeit a very overweight Belding)!!

What a randomly awesome reunion of actors. Doesn't hurt that the video was very well made too!
