I always kill Francis. You shouldn't need the money by now (after completing the bank robbery), and Francis will only clear your heat once after this mission. Guess I also prefer a straight junkie rather than a crooked cop.

You're put in a position where you are forced to kill your friend's brother, and not only do you have to attend the funeral, you gotta drive the hearse carrying the goddamn coffin while your friend holds back the Albanians, totally fucking unaware you were the one who killed his brother. Insane.
