This video clip turned me into a vegetarian 6 years ago, and I haven't regretted it once. Terribly clever man, mr McCartney. But I know better than to take up a fight with anyone regarding vegetarianism on YouTube. They just wanna antagonize you, and for what purpose? I really think vegetarianism is the way to go against animal cruelty. What I found interesting was Tsem Tulku Rinpoche, in his video, The Joy of Liberating Animals on Youtube, advised his students to turn vegetarian to create the causes to build an animal sanctuary or shelter. This is to show their commitment to care for animals instead of just saying they care. We dont really care for animals if we keep eating them every meal!
Paul has changed my life, after a life of meat, I'm going to become a vegetarian. Not only because he said it, but also because it it really cruel what we are doing to animals. He just gave me the final push.

I've been a vegeetarian for 3 years, and it only gets easier. The first week I did it I felt incredibly sick and could barely get out of bed, but then I woke up one morning and felt great and that feeling has never gone away. Once you've been doing it for a month or so you pretty much forget you're doing anything different from anyone else. I can't imagine ever going back to eating meat now. If anything I want to be vegan.
Its recommended you take supplements. I actually don't take any as of now. But for the b12 a lot of things are fortified with it. For instance, soy milk tends to be fortified with it.

If i were an animal I would want nothing more than to be sacrificed for a greater cause, like being fed to a starving child, or for food and protein for our fighting men and women in the military. I know it sounds stupid (and probably cruel to some of you) but if you think about it, its true. Who wants to live life as a chicken anyway, I sure as hell wouldn't. and plus the sad fact is that your not saving any animals, the meat you dont eat is just going to go to someone else.

cows do need to be milked to survive, but what SOME dairy farmers do is beyond that. they shock them to become pregnant so they can have milk. and anyway, milk is intented for baby cows, not for humans, to consume.
people who say that milk is terrible have obviously never been around farm animals. My grandmother raised cows and I can tell you, milking them didn't hurt them, and she never tore away their babies either, or whatever.
I'm a pescatarian, because we have good local fish here, and I think that it is more sustainable to eat a fish from the river two blocks away than it is to eat an advocado shipped here from Chile.
I'm in my first month of being vegan and it's so hard sometimes. Like when I'm chillin with my buds and they're all munchin on burgers and I'm eating a frickin salad. I feel like a rabbit. I actually started getting hamburgers without the meat, mayo and cheese, just as good. I became a vegan because of Sir Paul and his work with PETA actually drew me to it. So thank you PETA and Sir Paul for drawing me into a healthier lifestyle. Now if I could just get my dad to do it...

I've done it, and I'm a bodybuilder, and it feels good. I've never felt better! But make sure you get your greens! Now, I don't like soy burgers or anything like that. However, my advice, don't remind yourself of what you can't eat, remind yourself of what you can eat! Pizza is my worst craving-- I don't need an animal on it to satisfy it!

This video clip turned me into a vegetarian 6 years ago, and I haven't regretted it once. Terribly clever man, mr McCartney. But I know better than to take up a fight with anyone regarding vegetarianism on YouTube. They just wanna antagonize you, and for what purpose? If they're to stubborn to listen to and consider perfectly reasonable arguments, inviting the possibility to change their views, let them be. Or "let it be" I should say. :)

cook your veggies in a cast iron skillet to absorb the iron and get great flavor-I used to have aemia as a meat eater started cooking in cast iron years ago when I heard tomatoes in cast iron absorb tons of iron.Now years later a Vegan I need no vitamins

I struggle like hell with vegetarianism. I go for 3-4 months and then fall off the wagon.
If I can go for the next 3 months it will make 1/2 a year as veg.

I really think vegetarianism is the way to go against animal cruelty. What I found interesting was Tsem Tulku Rinpoche, in his video, The Joy of Liberating Animals on Youtube, advised his students to turn vegetarian to create the causes to build an animal sanctuary or shelter. This is to show their commitment to care for animals instead of just saying they care. We dont really care for animals if we keep eating them every meal!

I've been a vegeetarian for 3 years, and it only gets easier. The first week I did it I felt incredibly sick and could barely get out of bed, but then I woke up one morning and felt great and that feeling has never gone away. Once you've been doing it for a month or so you pretty much forget you're doing anything different from anyone else. I can't imagine ever going back to eating meat now. If anything I want to be vegan.

Its recommended you take supplements. I actually don't take any as of now. But for the b12 a lot of things are fortified with it. For instance, soy milk tends to be fortified with it.

If i were an animal I would want nothing more than to be sacrificed for a greater cause, like being fed to a starving child, or for food and protein for our fighting men and women in the military. I know it sounds stupid (and probably cruel to some of you) but if you think about it, its true. cows do need to be milked to survive, but what SOME dairy farmers do is beyond that. they shock them to become pregnant so they can have milk. and anyway, milk is intented for baby cows, not for humans, to consume.

people who say that milk is terrible have obviously never been around farm animals. My grandmother raised cows and I can tell you, milking them didn't hurt them, and she never tore away their babies either, or whatever.
I'm a pescatarian, because we have good local fish here, and I think that it is more sustainable to eat a fish from the river two blocks away than it is to eat an advocado shipped here from Chile.

I'm in my first month of being vegan and it's so hard sometimes. Like when I'm chillin with my buds and they're all munchin on burgers and I'm eating a frickin salad. I feel like a rabbit. I actually started getting hamburgers without the meat, mayo and cheese, just as good. I became a vegan because of Sir Paul and his work with PETA actually drew me to it. I've done it, and I'm a bodybuilder, and it feels good. I've never felt better! But make sure you get your greens! Now, I don't like soy burgers or anything like that. However, my advice, don't remind yourself of what you can't eat, remind yourself of what you can eat! Pizza is my worst craving-- I don't need an animal on it to satisfy it!
