The guys are still awesome, which is no small feat when you've been doing it as long as them. SM is miles above most current groups in any category you use to compare them.

The difference in sound between a band of real musicians and group of performers is obvious. But these guys are ALSO performers, so are a complete package.

loved them in the past ,love them now and j love them.....forever!they're a great musicians but especially.. great person! j meet jim in Venice 3 months ago...such a wonderful person!!pruod to be a simple minds fan, proud of their music and j'm proud about their political choice!

I was told that the concert had to miss a load of songs due to the weather and a curfew that was in place that couldnt be changed , it was out of Simple Minds hands ,was an awesome gig though !

I used a Sony HDR-TG3 HD camcorder, compact and discrete, stewards never bothered me about it. Just need to upgrade my PC to deal with the footage quicker. Takes about an 1 hour to convert it to a suitable format for YouTube

I just couldn't believe the rain. Och well, I spose it cleared up soon after the concert started. Absolutely fab. Faddy24 - I don't agree - the concert was fab. Only thing I was disappointed in was that they didn't sing the whole of the New Gold Dream Album.

Loved the line "As they say in Glasgow in a situation like this - ah f*ck it - lets go!" Brilliant!
