I find it interesting that Yossi keeps calling Lior with his real name throughout the movie. Just today I googled for some Hebrew name meanings, and it came to my attention that Lior actually means "my light".

I had to watch the 'final scene' again, when Yossi repeatedly calls out Lior's name. Suddenly I felt much sadder than before. Knowing the name meaning makes me realize that Yossi's affection is deeper than I previously thought (whether Eytan Fox picked this name for this reason or not).

Do you mean the song that comes out of the radio towards the end of the clip? Yes, I know it's from Rita, an israelian singer, and it's titled "Your soul". The israelian singer Ivri Lider did it as well, and in fact it's at the end of this movie... Of course i've told you the english title, but I guess in Israelian the song was called "Bo".

However unfortunately it's not easy to find...

I have watched Yossi & Jagger 3 times on Youtube when I am down, lonely, sad or horny and every time I have tears and smiles. It is more realistic than Brokeback Mountain and more people should see it with open eyes and heart. This is REAL LIFE and it is beautiful too!
