Sweeeet video man! Learning to fly in Oregon, U.S right now, but i am going to move to alaska here very soon, and start training up there to do some bush flying similar to what you are doing..Great videos and scenery, keep up the great flying!
Man why would you ever want to fly airlines when that's you're office. Yours is the one profession I wish I could get to. Have some hours in a supercub and fell in love. One day I'll come back to it.
Pilots! I rebuilt and maintained DHC-2s and Cessan floatplanes for 25+ yrs. Pilots never give the mechanic much credit, though some of my best friends were seaplane pilots, now deceased. And I miss them.
But show a mechanic once in awhile. The planes don't heal themselves.
Im attending college for an A&P licence right now, mainly so I can really dive into aviation as a pilot witd an avid understanding of the systems in aircraft. Besides I love using my hands XD Mechanics in general dont get much credit. Cars, Trucks, Boats you name it...
I wish I could but we flew to Geraldton for maintenance and I didn't snap any pics of those guys. You gotta give respect to maintenance for keeping these planes flying!
@veldman37 Thanks for your reply. I watch your video every month or so. I still remember every rivet, screw, bolt, nut, cable, pipe, tank, instrument, wire, and hose on that airplane. Lots of flying in it, too.
@mcgrawtim123 I give you guys tons of credit. Without you guys we wouldnt be flying. Looking to buy an aircraft for alaska. Something on floats. Cessna 206 or dhc-2?
I worked on these planes for 25 years. Great aircraft...but pilots...give me a break...my best friends, but they're not gods. It's a team effort. and don't be counting on some kinda dream life flying or working on these machines...well, that's been my experience. tjm
This is one of the best Video's on You Tube! I have watched all 3 several times. Am working on completing my licence, and have already bought a piper colt. Can't wait to take it up north this summer. Thanks for the inspiration!
just wondering what your final goal would be as pilot? Are you Building time to get up to the airlines? just wondering becasue i have my PPL in canada and would like to attend an avaition management coarse.

I've viewed all three of your videos and have enjoyed each of them. You are a very fortunate young man. Your doing a job that I can only dream of. I wish you good luck and prosperity. Vince

Absolutely awesome!
Wish the music didn't cover the sound of the engine on take off though.
Some of the things on my list of things to do before I die is, fly a floatplane and see grizzlies in the wild
