HSR costs are out of control! The HSR Authority is incompetent and believes that a train between nowhere and to nowhere is how they gain and maintain support for HSR. On top of this, Federal funds are drying up, the Country has grown tired of the Federal uncontrolled spending and Obama is headed to be a one term president! Good luck on layting that first rail, California!
