I watched this program a while ago and if it's the same one i think it is, he came to the conclusion that it can help people. What i didn't realise at the time is those "exercises" Hadreep was participating in are part of a more sinister agenda.
If you watch the John Duignan Interview you will see these exercises "Have been described as one of the most viciously and dangerously hypnotic routines ever devised". What Hardeep did was nothing compared to what really happens in scientology proper.

You have to understand for yourself and not because someone else tells you what it means. You have to understand the meaning of what numbers, variables, and functions are. Not becuase people told you so, but you have tested it for yourself and know it is true.
You could tell me that the grass is green, but if I am color blind that has a diffrent meaning for me. The great concern is that we take what people tells us and their attitudes as reality and do not examine there arguments ourselves
