dude there is no mothership in this game. Maybe you mean stacraft 2, and it is not out yet. And if it was you can't be terran and protoss. and tyou cant nuke a mothership because it only hurts ground units.

i believe there actually is a mothership? only played 2 games of tiberium wars but i believe scrin (or what are they called again:P) have a mothership, which can shoot a huge beam? correct me if im wrong tho.
