There´s difference between european central states and europeans eastern states. States with very comfortbale living standars are Poland, Czech republic, Slovenia, Croatia. Then there are less developed states like Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania Bulgaria. And then there are states like video shows - Moldova, Transnistria, Chechnya, Belarus, Macedonia, and some former Yugoslavic states.

When he was chasing Germans in 1944 going through Poland, polish resistance was trying to free the cities before Russians to establish polish government, but Stalin didn't like it he wanted place in the cities commie puppets. So when Home Army (resistance) started uprising in Warsaw he stopped few km from Warsaw not interfering to let the Germans kill as many Poles as it was possible and not allowing Allies to fly over Warsaw...
