This case was bullcrap, the judge handled it so poorly and she knows it. She let empathy and emotions get in the way and became blinded and biased by the little girl. Get over it, little girls cry...the plaintiff may have not handled it the correct way, but still, if someone stole my pet - i dont care how old or young, race nor religion - I'd get my pet back ASAP, no matter what. This Milian or whatever her name is, is by far the worse judge on television....also that fake accent is hilarious

That dog is not even a Yorkshire Terrier, and trust me I know my dog breeds. That looks like it is an Australian Terrier, maybe an Australian Silky Terrier (can't see the rest of the coat to determine).
