Your truck is cool-it's not smoking at all for such an oldie! How did you prime the carb, by pouring gas down it or just stomping the gas pedal? Was the backfiring from the tailpipe, because I did not see any flames from the carb?

@JSneaker Thanks! She's one of my prides in life. :) I just poured a little gas down the carb. It has a little backfire due to a fouled plug.

ok a q jet style carb is called a spreadbore with small primaries and larger secondaries. holley came out with a q jet carb Model 4011 look it up mother fucker i have this fucking carb!

Yeah, it's a '69 chevy with a '67 gmc cab. The '69 cab was rusted out, and I got a '67 gmc truck for parts because the cab was good on it. It's a small bed.
