My friend has this phone... I have the LG Neon... and I've dropped mine so many times... And this phone is a lot better than mine...

If you get an LG Neon or have one or just got one.... try your best not to drop it... it will stop working properly... That's my own experience...

This phone sucks. Ever since i walked out of the store it had alot of problems. it freezes up alot, and it gets really annoying when ur in the middle of a long text. it also randomly shuts off and the internet decides to stop working. its a terrible phone and i only had it for a month until it fell apart. i returned it and they gave me a new one. but then it had the same problems. i returned it 5 times until my 90 month warentee was over. dont get the phone until at&t fixes these problems.

This is a very simple, easy, nice, quality phone. It gets boring after about 6 months, but maybe that's just me (also some people don't care about that) I've had this phone for over a year and it is very good. Has never frozen for me, very easy, simple, overall very user friendly. Pretty nice battery life too. My only complaint is that when you don't have it on silent it makes a very annoying, loud beeping noise everytime you hit a key.

i have one of these phones. i have had it since october 2008. i have had no problems with the phone. i love the way the themes can be changed. i got mine off of ebay, and it came with a rubber casing, car charger, wall charger, a pair of headphones, and a thing that you plug into your phone thst lets you plug in any headphones. didn't at&t already discontinue it? it couldn't have been that great if it was discontinued after only a year. if it had software bugs (not saying it did, but if it did), then, as a courtesy, at&t should have given a different lower end messaging phone to customers who had problems with the slate. just my opinion though.
