I believe, if you hit about 180mph in an F1 car, the down force/suction of the car would enable you to stay upside down for the length of the tunnel, but not in that tunnel, the diameter is to small, the car would need to be on a flatish surface, So Jeremy Clarkson, there's a challenge !!

it goes back to the old theory of an f1 car at 120mph has enough downforce to be able to stay fixed upside down if there is something long enough and theres a way for it to get upside down in the first place
