As a firefighter, Worst Responder, I drive emergency vehicles.
#1 is GET THERE SAFELY.
If not, nothing else matters.
Ambulance IDIOT did not check that everyone had stopped.
Deaf drivers and drivers "deaf" listening to loud music may not hear the siren as they proceed through their green signal.
Others may think EV is coming from behind. While looking for it they drive out right in front of the EV.
You must OBSERVE what drivers ARE doing (not should be doing) and compensate.

The ambulance is GAZ aka "Gazelle" - worst car for that. Fuel tank is not under the bottom, it's side-mounted big cylinder as on some kind of truck. No surprise it ignited when it was hit.
