@Mode01D Dead Rising 2 is how it was always going to be. The only reason Dead Rising 2 Off the Record was made, was because there was a lot of people complaining that Dead Rising 2 had Chuck Green and not Frank West. The next game, apparently, will have a new character in a new location. Hopefully they will do something different with this character, like they did with Chuck Green.

@HombreHonest, Wow, thanks for telling me that as well! Even though I've visited the wiki countless of times I've never noticed that. It is funny though, I can't imagine him to say the things he says (with his weird voice) without the mask/helmet thing. He's so completely lost it that he is more of a Slappy than himself. That is why I like the way they made him in Off the Record even more obsessed about staying in his character to the bitter end.

@Mode01D nope, he just snapped because he heard and possibly witnessed his grand daughter get eaten alive by them, triggering his possible PTSD (he was a 'nam vet', keep that in mind). Some symptoms of PTSD include flashbacks (he referred to frank as "vietcong"), anger, and irritability. So in other words, he was re-living the vietnam war while all this was going on, and he didn't realize the situation for what it was until he finally snapped out of it (when he dies). Too politically correct ???

pro tip if you have trouble killing this guy, go to the gun shop, stock pile on shot guns and sniper rifles, go back to the fight, hide behind the pillar in the art shop and just shoot him to death.

But if you spray him with a Fire Extinguisher it clogs up his guns. He spends about 5 seconds trying to clear them and its easily enough time to get 2-3 good hits on him. It made him majorly easy to beat, for me at least.
