The reason why he can reach to 220mph or 354km/h.

Because he has the turbo on his motorcycle. It is more stronger.

Also when he start to raise speed up, he just only drive on rear wheel. It is less friction between the wheels and the road, that was make him more easy to continues to raise speed up and when his front wheel drop down the speed keep raising more easy by the momentum.

If you drive both wheels on the road at the beginning it will make more friction and hard to raise speed up.

if you calculate the speed using the ratio speed/rpm you will see it reaches some 20 mph extra after the 220mph. 240 mph is some 386 kmh minus some velocimeter error. Still not too bad

Using the indicated speed of 220mph at this point, that would be 320ish feet per second.

20 feet at 320 feet per second would be 62.5 milliseconds to pass this distance. The human eye takes on average 150 milliseconds to blink.

Watch the video again and tell me if the turn point is passed faster than you can blink - it certainly isn't the case for me.
