i totally agree with you, ive been playing rugby 4 years and i do alot of power training, at school a skinny boy said he was a brown belt and challenged me to a fight for no reason, i accepted and hes started doing these spinning kicks, i just went punched him as hard as i could and he was flat out cold. morale to the story, speed is nothing without power.
