I got my wallet lifted by 4 lads.I got it back after a few 'words'.Then some drunk girl tried robbing my gear from my tent at 4am i had her 'removed' by the camp stewards.Never,ever had any trouble at Download/Donnington
I went to Leeds in 2008 ad 2009. In '08 we were really worried because there was one of these fires rigt near our tent. So this year I stayed up the whole night . Was actually one of the best nights of my life. Bring on Leeds 2010!
amusing how these sorts of fires were going on and some dickhead came and had a go at us for a tiny fire and threaten my mate for being the biggest out of the group. even funnier how we were downwind, and a good 40-50m away and there was one of these bonfires upwind and even closer!

all i can say having come down from scotland to experience this festival for the first time is that you wouldnt find this behaviour at tinthepark. half of the people that go to leeds as far as i can see dont go for the bands or to relax and enjoy a weekend away with mates. you have very little manners or respect for what these people have to go through to put one of these events on.... and what i can see for other human beings, security or not these are people for f**ksake

Yeh i went to the leeds festival the year eminem played i think it was 2002 or 2003 and on saturday night people had pushed 1 of those really big steel control towers over i mean there were tents and everything really close to where it smashed down right in the middle of a camping area it anyone whould have been in 1 of those tents they whould have been killed. As for the poles that hold up the lights yeh thats not that bad really you have to expect things like that i suppose its a tradition.
