  • Masaki: Shu eat the power of lul catz!!!!!!

Shu: You can has cluster! *Fires Dark Hole Cluster*

    Masaki:0.0' FFFFFFFUUUUUUU----

  • Shu: why hello there

    everyone: OH MY G---

  • NEEDS MOAR SHU!!!

  • I like it when everyone steals the top comments joke and adds bits onto them to make them look original.

  • Another typical SRW situation

    Shu: Yo.

You: Shu your here to help?

    Shu: Nope.

    You: FFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUU

  • I remember playing SRW Alpha Gaiden on the Playstation..made it to the Macross level...and had just completed my main mission objective

    Shu: hey guys...fight me

    Me: DAMNIT!

  • I remember my first experience with Shu...it was in OG1 on GBA, and it was NOT pretty.

The moment I saw him 1-shot the Shirogane, I was like "okay, no way do I need to beat this guy right now." However, I was still unsure of how good his defense was, so I (like the noob-strudel I was at the time) decided to "test the waters" with an Alert-applied strike from Aya. It was then that I realized my critical error: Alert dodges one ATTACK, not one turn.

  • @gngskpow soooo you attacked this beast who you know isn't joking around (since he has his own theme, and one shotted a battle ship) with a gespent...with AYA at the mech....you sir deserve a medal for being a badass

  • Me: Alright!! I got them on the run! Now the only thing left is to-

    Shu: Sup?

    Me: FFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

  • ....You cant even see shu's full awesomness without imploding so how are you supposed to appreciate his theme's full epicness.......

  • Once you hear this, you know an epic pwning is in store. It just depends on which side Shu decides to save...

  • @Believermagic yeah thats what i thought playing og 2 on my gba advance and he appeared saving freaking elzams ass. just randomly destroying the inspectors mechs and taunting them.... i was just thinking if he actually was on my side the game would be WAY too easy ^^

  • trolling the srw universe into thinking they have a chance against him since his creation. *insert shu trollface here*

  • BLACK HOLE CLUSTER!!!!!!!!!!

  • this will be such a great ring tone.

  • @SuperSolenoidEngine

Your phone would melt from the awesome.

  • @Brunom1 it's worth it, or a better idea - alarm clock!!

  • @SuperSolenoidEngine I actually had this as a ringtone once, and it was awesome.

  • @SuperSolenoidEngine That would scare me awake.

  • GODLY AS FUCK

  • i remember Shu was the first major SRW boss i ever encoutner, the first to have his own theme

i had played through a decent part of Kyosuke's story and decided to play Ryusei's at the same time.. and then i tried to fight him thinking i stood a chance in antartica

..and then my theme didn't play.. nor did i do any damage...i didn't even survive...

my reaction quickly switched to the exact same as Ryusei's...

  • ok so shu just perfected the black hole engine ALONE! before any other scientiest in the universe could...... and then: he just goes on and adds MAGIC!!!!!! to create the neo shin granzon..... its simple: SHU IS A CHEATER! i dont know how the hell masaki did ever destroy that thing

  • @Jaybotify He destroyed it with another magic robot thats how that and awesomeness thats always important in super robot wars

  • @Jaybotify he has cats therefore he wins

  • I still remember this ASSHOLE and his Neo Granzon...his anti-regression cannon that makes a "white hole" and disintegrate an entire galaxy...I didn't even know what a fuck a white hole was til I actually took general relativity in university!!!!

  • *Shu appears during a difficult fight*

    FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF-

    Shu: I'll help.

    Yay!

  • I give a damm R0 it's da best damm thing my bro's fav unit... and also the one responsible of giving me creeps anyway cool theme song...

  • I haven't played OG Gaiden, but from what I hear, it was almost disappointing how easy he was there compared to Dark Brain before him (and to his appearance as the True Final Boss in Alpha Gaiden)

  • @superfishy444 To the fact that Shu doesn't regenerize his Neo Granzon's Armor Points as often is one fact, the other is that Neo Granzon's power and defense isn't as destructive as it originally was intended to be. Given that according to Neo Granzon's power level, it can destroy multiple enemies without being damaged but in OG Gaiden he's easier since although his Attack is insanely high, it appears that his Armor and Defense isn't as high as it's supposed to be.

  • Shu Shirakawa is almost memetically smug.

  • @superfishy444 He's too smug while he beats everyone else around him with nearly no effort at all. I remember playing this at my friends and as soon as Shu shows up and this theme starts playing I pray that he's not my enemy or I'm screwed for eternity on the level. When this played on the final chapter involving Shu and his Neo Granzon, I saved before and after each of my units attacked. Basically anyone who hears this song is screwed, allies and/or enemies know that not many can survive.

  • @superfishy444 Final Chapter of OG Gaiden was very, very difficult as I struggled to bring Shu's armor to 0. I used Sanger and Ratsel's Tornado Blade combo for the first attack. Damage (since I powered up the attack and increased both of their defense and luck) on Neo Granzon was 42,000, but he took 8,500 points out of Dygenguar's 11,800 Armor points but to no surprise Ratsel avoided the attack. For a boss that has 390,000 Armor points and is incredibly powerful, he's not easy to beat.

  • Shu Shirakawa, also known as the greatest troll in SRW history.

  • @Twilightsarc Imagine if someone introduced him to Masaki Kihara...

  • I was astonished to learn that the Granzon is about the same height as a Guarlion.

I always thought that a machine that laughed at the final battle in Gurren Lagann would at the very least match up to the Giganscudo.

  • firing block hole worm cluster sending you to the other worlds

  • "Shukutaihou, hasha!"

-THE last thing you ever want to hear in SRW. Universal apocalypse tends to immediately follow, followed by.....well, nothing. Lots and lots and -lots- of nothing.

  • @WillRennar Actually, I heard that attack has no translation. It just means "the universe getting smaller".

  • @WillRennar Actually, I heard that attack has no translation. It just means "the universe getting smaller", but yes, that is THE absolute last thing you want to see OR hear.

  • @BlueEyes274 Shu & his Granzon/Neo Granzon in SRW @4 (most likely will never come out since I just thought about it.) If this were to happen and Shu were as hard to beat like in Alpha Gaiden, then he'll be far harder than Kaeser Ephes in SRW @3. An opponent that regenerates every turn, 1-hit KO attacks for every range, god-like stats, serious & dangerous BGM and several insanely powerful Valsions that you must beat first, I would die because even if I got to him, I would be killed in one turn.

  • from the 1:00 time, the song looks like the one of Final Fantasy II, before fight against the Emperor :o

  • @Capcomzero Wasn't that the Hukebein series?

  • Sometimes I wonder why all bad guys get bad-ass mechs.. But if bad guys get bad-ass mechs, does that means good guys get good-ass mechs ;D

  • The Neo Granzon is a nightmare compared to the original. Life Heal (L), Energy Heal (L), Dimension Guard, and his true ultimate attack makes Black Hole Crusher look weaker compared to it.

  • Whenever I play SRW, I PRAY I don't hear this music.

  • Dark Prison.... SRW-wise it means "You're fucked, sir."

  • That Gundam...in the center! I've seen it before!!

  • @soey98 the R-1?

  • @soey98 Actually, that's R-1.

  • when this plays all the funny goes out of the window and the battle turns serious XD

  • Granzon: SUP GUISE

Cybster: BITCH GET THE FUCK OUT

    Granzon: D:

  • I remember that one mission with Octo squad. Shu pops up like:

    Shu: Sup.

    Me:FFFFFFFFFFFFF-

    Shu:lol I help you.

    Me: :D

  • @togurotheman

then he does the same shit in ep 24 of the new anime. its great.

  • @togurotheman ...Why would he help you?

  • @Akoltin It's sometime in the SRW OGG levels when you're fighting the Jetz Reguisser along with Axel and Alfimi (Einst) plus you get some Wendegos.

  • Oh sh** WE'RE ALL GUNNA DIE

  • Shu Shirakawa is Divine Crusaders from the beginning..

  • typical situation for any SRW game

    Shu-Hey guys

    everyone else-FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

  • @OmegaChosen0 Agreed. I panic whenever I hear this song, even when I'm not playing SRW, lol.

  • @OmegaChosen0 True history lol

  • I actually got VERY lucky the first time I fought Shu. He attacked Latooni (I think, it's been a while) and she dodged the attack and when she attacked not only did she hit, she got a crit on him and very nearly killed him O_o'

  • I always thought, like: CRAAAAAP! when this guy entered the battlefield... It's not funny anymore how strong that guy is...

  • @Warlordalexi *facepalm* I know how it feels, which is why if he aims for you, if you're big, guard, or if you're a quick character, dodge like hell. Cause although I can only fight him on GBA version of OG1 anyone he's hit once, is dead basically... other than my battleships which usually takes 2 or 3 hits from a blackhole cluster to pwn... But I actually had the guts to fight him on the first time he appears on the Ryusei route "taunting" you. It was... fun... lol.

  • well... i have my doubts concerning it either will be "Asakim" Because Shu's Illegitimate Son "Inference" is also in the housing...and he might be less scarier then Granzon but hold reason that his Sapientia is also a menace...

  • Don't worry Azureman, now that Masoukishin is out again on DS, Shuu is a badass once more.

  • I WAN THIS SONG!!!

  • granzon looks a lot like obelisk the tormentor from the yugioh series

  • @sushiman64 It wouldn't surprise me at all if parts of Obelisk's design were based off the Granzon (SRW started long before YGO), since they've based a number of cards off various Super Robots.

  • @JackgarPrime Can you tell me what other monsters were based on the super robots?

  • @Samuraiedge2 Well I don't know a whole lot of Yu-Gi-Oh cards, but I know there's one set of them that can fuse into one really big monster that's based off of GaoGaiGar. I'd have to look around for its name, though.

  • @JackgarPrime was it in 5ds?

  • @Kairadragon Actually I think it was in GX and the monster he was refering to was Super Vehicroid Stealth Union

  • @ChaosDialga Yeah, that's the one. Got a train for shoulders and everything.

  • @Kairadragon I never watched that, so I dunno.

  • garnzon FTW

  • Asakim will probly take Shu's place in OG, as he will do something to piss of his double.

  • Asakim has no longer reason to be a total monster after Z I hope you know that

    Since he destroyed his immortality

  • Well, Shu will probably be on your side post reincarnation, so...

  • @ChaosDistortionBlade like axel and alfimi? lol

  • If you're familiar with the plot of the first four SRW games and the Masou Kishin storylines, then you know what's going to happen.
