  • OK, This lesson has been presented in several versions in many texts (as in actually read a book) and videos. Nice demo of a basic concept. And it actually works in real life. Kind of a zen thing about it. You know, feel the ball leave your body. But really, your backyard?

  • awesome... absolutely awesome

  • Guess what, this tip is excellent because Ben Hogan taught the same thing...Follow through...do it in semi-slow motion and then take it to the driving range and golf course....Practice the motion!!

  • @watertonrivers Watch Freddie Couples and Tom Watson...great examples!!

  • The key to lowering your handicap is the stretch, check out the brand new golf specific TRAINERmat at

    SELFTRAINERMAT . com

  • Well i thought it was a great analogy. I definitely understand throwing mechanics. Thanks this will help me put it together easier.

  • Jesus D. Macachor ,M.D. explains the purpose of the follow through: With the follow through, the lower body continuous to add force longer on the shot, whereas hitting at the bal, the lower body quits early.

  • Good tip. I'll see if it helps me.

  • lol kinda stupid if u ask me, think whenever you throw a stone as far as you can you lift up, so thats clearly going to end up making you connect with the ball crap or fin also when i throw a stone i dont go up on my back foot. golf is not relative to any other sport thats why its so good. so stop trying to make it relaive.

  • Great, simple lesson!!
