The speaker was crap bashing the Constitution and white people. You guy's really screwed your self filing 5O1C3 tax exempt status free goodies vs. a voice.I would really consider checking out Webster Tarpley world crisis radio he's spot on,he was in Egypt and seen him in Syria

  • This is amazing, it's international, it's powerful and it's right! • Shout out From NZ and Australia, FUCKING AMAZING!!!!!!!! :)

  • Goosebumps

  • @myrainywoods All you're doing is complaining about others who are doing. The answers to your question is- gone to the protests, yes. Know my neighbors, yes. Share meals with them, yes. Many of the protesters are those same kind of people. You have some bone to pick, but it's not clear what. Let them do what they're doing, if it works, it works. You're spreading bad energy, which makes me doubt your "neighborliness".

  • People from SF should learn from "Occupy Rome Italy" I just noticed... girls dancing on the roof of a bus right in front of City Hall, gays holding hands and kissing, a guy on a skateboard, bikers, hippies, few naked guys ??? Russia 1917, Libya,Egypt.... "Occupussies Wall Street" you all are in the U.S.!!!!!!

  • People from SF should learn from "Occupy Rome Italy" I just noticed... girls dancing on the roof of a bus right in front of City Hall, gays holding hands and kissing, a guy on a skateboard, bikers, hippies, few naked guys showing their balls... homeless and the rest of the protesters will never have the balls to fight against the SFPD,US intelligence,Army etc,etc... Don't you guys wanna be "Real Revolutionaries"??? Russia 1917, Libia

  • viral.vendetta@yahoo.com - We need to get this movement organized. We need a way to begin coming up with specific demands. We need to get each occupation communicating with the other occupations across the states.

Revolution will only happen if we turn this movement into a system of change, and change will only come through a more focused body of influence.

If you're active in any of the occupations, please assist me in creating this network. Use the above email. Lets get organized!

  • Now you know why they want to take away your guns.

  • @myrainywoods If you have an attitude like that then, clearly, you don't get it. That sort of elitist thinking- as if everyone else is stupid and comfortable- is one big reason there aren't more people. It's not their fault. It's your fault. Were you there? If not, I've made my point. If you were, the numbers will build- it starts somewhere.. That is, if the folks that are there don't adopt your attitude. People have to think they can win. That's what gets them out there. Get off your ass.

  • CORPORATE FASCISM IS OVER!

  • @myrainywoods So what are you doing about it, Eeyore?

  • Let's Fight back!!!!!

  • I dont see how you can say anything negative about this unless you are part of the 1%. I was there and there was representation from all groups under the sun. Very diverse, very friendly and organized.

  • Cynicism is the tool of cowards. Perhaps instead of just sitting on the internet critiquing people who are out there actually trying to make a change, you should join us. Or perhaps that is why you critique us--it's makes you feel less guilty for not actually doing anything.

  • @149kat you are supported on y--t-be. I'm flying around as best I can trying to make these damn cynics look like fools, I'm isolated by distance and means, but I'M WITH YOU!

  • @MrAirandfire Thank you!! I feel the solidarity! This is a movement born out of frustration and passion. It's like a child that is born--we recognize it may not come into the world with its path clearly spelled out and its future goals set, but it does come into this world with infinite potential. And just like we would ideally give a child guidance, I hope those with experience help shape the movement, but in a way that doesn't dampen the potential and spirit of the newborn child.

  • I was there. I don't think it was 10,000. --- there was a wonderful peaceful mood with lots of young people -- I suspect many from Berkeley. I was very happy to see them and their enthusiasm. This was very home grown from what I could tell. Our legislators and president better be paying attention.

  • This is the World Occupy - Song .. So old and so new at the same time ... ♫ ♥ ♥ ♪ ♫

We Are the World - Lionel Richie, Tina Turner, Michael Jackson

  • I left my heart in SF.

  • Sounds like zombies to me, I've yet to hear any kind of representative for any of these occupy movements with any intelligent solutions

  • @kaalell7 It seem that only the stupid people haven't figured it out by now.

  • @kaalell7 Then you must have your fingers in your ears. Let go of the "no message" meme you've been fed and triangulate what's written on a couple of placards in this video.

    Then do a little research.

This is a nascent movement, at this point the gesture of recognizing one another is what's most important.

And the repetition of the speaker's words is called the "human megaphone"; it's a way of communicating words across a large crown without a huge sound system.

  • Excellent coverage and an incredible turn-out! Way to go San Francisco!

  • where did you get those numbers?
