yes i watched it just after making that comment, so i see what you're talking about now. However it is hardly "blatantly obvious" as you say. I did find the clip about her changing how she talks compelling though. You could be right, but it's not a slam dunk. My only issue is that you paint this as blatantly obvious when it is subjective and circumstantial at best. I watched this review from beginning to end so you don't have to. Thank the Lord too, because it is utter horseshit. I especially love the part where a supposed cue card is being held up, and all I can see is a hand holding a camera. As if nobody ever looks around when they are thinking. You can see by her face that she was genuinely thinking, not just responding to a cue.

To that I have to say you need yours eyes checked. Your "cue card is actually sidewalk. and the reason I can tell this is due to the color, the shape and the fact that if you look right under the dark spot under your "cue card" you will see that it continues down to the edge of her glasses.

This is a really foolish accusation. The reflection in her sunglasses is proof that there was a white object there. Nothing else. As a filmmaker you have to keep in mind film crews often use white reflectors to bounce light into the person's face for fill light. People do this especially when shooting outside and especially in hard sunlight which she is in. A reflector or bounce card softens the shadows. Until you can prove there was writing on the object, you haven't proven your case at all.

I watched this review from beginning to end so you don't have to. Thank the Lord too, because it is utter horseshit. I especially love the part where a supposed cue card is being held up, and all I can see is a hand holding a camera. As if nobody ever looks around when they are thinking. You can see by her face that she was genuinely thinking, not just responding to a cue.

What a stupid "review"! This sounds like a very badly done Monty Python skit, except Monty Python skits are actually funny, and this is just plain stupid. The fake accent is painful, the volume spikes and lulls make this painful to listen to. And... should there be a point to all of this? Other than to annoy everyone with the bad fortune to endure this "review". Anyone with the slightest hair of honesty would call this what it is... a bashing!

Wow. All you really did here was bash the 180 movie. The only time you really tried to actully prove anything is when you said she was reading from a cue card. To that I have to say you need yours eyes checked. Your "cue card is actually sidewalk. and the reason I can tell this is due to the color, the shape and the fact that if you look right under the dark spot under your "cue card" you will see that it continues down to the edge of her glasses.

@paulchartley OK, Ray's got a mic in one hand and a small video camera in the other. If you watch the full interview with Alicia you can see BOTH of his hands and there are no cue cards just a MIC and VID Camera.
After watching the full interview with Alicia this whole "cue card" accusation just seems ridiculous. Check it out for yourselves.

The answer is that it is a second person who is behind Ray holding a second camera who moves forwards and holds the cue card towards her and that's what she is reading.
At precisely 7:42 in the close up on the left they crop her glasses out of frame so you dont see the 2nd cameraman's reflection.
Go watch it again yourself and then tell me I am lying

@Ryuyari No, go full screen with my video and then move the slider on to precisely 10:52 and freeze frame and you can see that the person reflected in her glasses appears to be holding what appears to be a red rectangle in their right hand which is extended towards Alicia.

@paulchartley did as you said but I still have to say that the exact shade of read appears all over her glasses. It appears on the waist of the guy "holding" the "cue card" and extends to over the sidewalk. It also appears to be almost transparent, not solid like everything you see in her glasses.

Thought I'd do some checking myself, after watching "The Full Interview with Alicia" one of the people inverviewed in the 180 movie, you can clearly see that Ray Comfort has a mic in one hand and a hand held video camera in the other. I don't know what kind of relflection some folks think they are seeing, but there is clearly nothing else in his hands. Watch it for yourself, don't take someone elses word for it...

This is a really foolish accusation. The reflection in her sunglasses is proof that there was a white object there. Nothing else. As a filmmaker you have to keep in mind film crews often use white reflectors to bounce light into the person's face for fill light. People do this especially when shooting outside and especially in hard sunlight which she is in. A reflector or bounce card softens the shadows. Until you can prove there was writing on the object, you haven't proven your case at all.
