everyone who understands Israel culture, as well as the military, knows that Israel does Not target civilians. But..the single most used weapon coming out from the arab world is this false propaganda that paints Israel as a villain. Israel's enemies know this to be true and therefore hide behind their own civilians as to deter Israel from certain strikes in particular areas.
