  • I bet the people underneath your room just LOOOVED you XP

  • i cant find those pics on you fb

  • i dont see how the '21 angle' is any improvement.

  • @sticksbass

Ill do a side by side comparison and you;ll see

  • @TimWaterson thatll be interesting! the 21 board itself looks preferable but id like to see side by side comparison for size differences. is the white 21 logo a smooth even finish w the board? i wonder if the board is interchangable w the old model pedal frame?

  • @sticksbass

theres pictures on my facebook page

Yes smooth finish, and yes the lazer footboard can be used as an upgrade for original A series

  • @TimWaterson ok, ill see on fb. what are they charging for just the boards? i wonder why derrick roddy prefers the old style?

  • @TimWaterson are they maybe a 1/2 " longer?

  • is it has a sequence (in in out out or out out in in which is better)?

  • @MrGgyytw

    Whatever works for you

  • Hey tim! does the beater distance ONLY helps with control and power?

Or it helps With speed too ?

  • i have heard that swivel will jack up your knees after years of use is this true

  • @luisluvsblastbeats54

Ive never had a problem but i dont play tense I just control my ankles and legs NO TENSION....

    Tim

  • hey tim, how much do the A 21s usually go for?

  • this pedal is soft really?

  • @overcontrol

No the Bed is soft LOL

  • @TimWaterson Thanks a lot for explain tim.

  • whats the difference between this pedal and a regular axis longboard??

  • Great video tim! I have been working on this technique for a while. I can get the right foot but doing both seems tricky? Oh well more practice

  • It seems like a good pedal, but really noisy is it really the pedal to go with?

  • @raymondkandal

The A 21 LAZER is the best pedal Ive ver tried PERIOD...

Its noisy because it bouncing against the bed .

    Tim

  • thankyou very much for clearing this up

  • How far do you keep your beaters from the drumhead? :)

  • why does your bed sound better than a lot of recording bassdrums?i heard shows with worst sound than this

  • and the people downstairs are calling the front desk.

  • is your bed triggered?

  • @dannyboi9891 XD sounds like it is lol.

  • @dannyboi9891 What you can here is possibly the e-kit hammer hitting the trigger. Which gives a little clicky sound :)

  • Wow, your bed sound great! :)

  • Trying to learn to swivel is a waste of time. try to relax your ankle...thats how i swivel.

  • 2...3..... 4 even!!!! class man! Good to see the vids again.

  • Freakin awsome stuff man. Just a question I have about when your playing:

How much energy do you put into swivel?

I mean watching you play the part at 3:13 it doesn't look like you using energy at all, but do you use alot of energy or even sweat at all?

If not, then my way of playing swivel suck. I sure as hell can't go on a hot day, when I'm lazy, sit behind the kit and play double bass.

  • your hotel neighbours don´t hate you?

  • And um... How can you get your feet to like alternate left and right while using this technique??

I get confused.. loolz.. I guess, I gotta practise some more.. Btw, I'm using Iron Cobra Pedals, are they any good? Could you suggest any other pedals I could use??

  • Um Tim, pardon me, but if you don't mind can you tell me whats the difference between this technique and the futz pedal that you showed in your DVD??? Just curious :-P

  • so anyone trying to develop this technique should definitely work on some heel down for a while? i cant seem to get my left to adapt to this technique and accept the rebound, so i was thinking some heel down isolation exercises with my left foot might clear that up for me. Ive never really played heel down in my 3 years of drumming accept when i first started. im hoping some heel down and more practice will make things easier for me. Thanks for the vid explanation Tim, i appreciate it.
