  • hey look...its shithead liar mnfer olberman! ..lets see this ass complain about all those secret bills passed by the dems like the fed reserve act and the income tax bill etc.... you liberals had a lib pres named bush and were to damn stupid to notice!

  • George W. Bush ROT IN HELL!

  • If I am corect, one of the gravest breeches of the genneva conventions is depriving a P.O.W of a fair trial! Thats what this bill did. And it became yet another war crime of the bush administration!

  • There's a guy named marc27 on justin tv bringing truth to the masses...check him out if you dig this video!

  • The fight for freedom is God's fight. . . . When a man stands for freedom he stands with God. And as long as he stands for freedom he stands with God. And were he to stand alone he would still stand with God—the best company and the greatest power in or out of this world. Any man will be eternally vindicated and rewarded for his stand for freedom."

  • Preserve, protect, and deffend. Not the Bible, the constitution. Get your religion out of my government!

  • Brilliant, defy the very men's religious aspirations who created the Constitution and Declaration. You do realize that 90% of the founders were religious men who were rebelling against the Englican church right? That was half of the reason they wished for their own nation, to practice whatever religion each individual wished. Just another smug American who doesnt know his history.

  • I noticed the words God, Jesus, Christianity, and/or bible do not appear in the Constitution. Why do you think that is? The majority of the founding fathers that I respect were Deists. I know my real history. The point is that we as Americans would never have tortured, denied our own citizens basic rights, thrown dissenters in solitary confinement, or invaded a sovereign country based on one man's decision until these "good Christians" were put in charge. Our reputation has been stained by Bush.

  • Bush has never been a Christian in practice and is a zionist at heart.

Only a few of the founders who signed the declaration were "Deists", Thomas Jefferson being one. But they all still respected a creator and the unalienable rights of men. Most monuments in America have old testament scripture engraved on them so they werent just agnostic deists. Afterall the 10 commandments used to be the rule of legislation.

Bush has ruined the Constitution but he had plenty of help from others!

  • Actually the Founding Fathers were after power, pussy and prestige, just like all men.

  • Get your peanut butter out of my choclate.

  • Restore America - On 911 America was blindsided (Out of the Blue). As you know we have since went INTO THE BLACK. Our Constitution and way of life is Compromised and YOU have since been stripped of many of your Guaranteed Rights including the writ of Habeas Corpus. For More Info see YTVideo v=dslP59PrSVY Restore America! VOTE!

  • --The United States is not a country but the corporation created to perfom 18 enumerated functions for the States.

--The United States has a jurisdiction of 10 miles square; within it's jurisdiction it may legislate "in all cases whatsoever" (absolute rule).

--Neither the United States or it's corporate bylaws, the Constitution, has anything directly to do with the citizenry or their rights.

  • you made this statement a year ago but you are right I agree with you

  • Always demand your rights.

  • RON PAUL FOR PREZ

    RON PAUL FOR PREZ

  • Loss of Writ is a lie!

Article 1, Section 9, Clause 2 - "The Privilege of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it."

Article 10 - "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

The Unitied States government was not granted the power to suspend the Great Writ by the Constituion and has no such power.

  • NO shit, but they did it anyway. They government does a lot of illegal shit. You might want to look up the federal reserve act. The most treasonous bill ever past in 1913. Thats when all of our problems started.

  • I know all about it, and I agree with you. My point is that our rights were granted by God - not the Constitution or by gov't and can not be taken away by anyone. Laws legalizing the violation of our right are illegal, null, and void whether recognized as so or not. The Constitution is fundamental and requires an Amendment by the Congress to change in any way.

  • I can see why a right wing (religious) nut (wingnut) wouldn't understand the difference between the message and the messanger. Or would be happy with a dictatorship, which is what you have without "The Body of the Law" = Habeas Corpus, while the conservatives are in the white house, but remember this liberals in both upper and lower house now.! The next dictator could be a leftist black or a woman, with laws the right gifted them.

  • Ron Paul for president.

  • Hey i just wanted to put the idea of electing ron paul out there for president. Until lately i havent even gotten involved in politics but this guy is the only one who actually believes in what hes doing. If your tired of the patriot act and the iraq war check his issues out. Whether your liberal, conservative, this is the one we need to get our country back on track.(ronpaul2008.*com)

  • Article Five of the Constitution spells it out: "The Congress, whenever two-thirds of both Houses [the House and the Senate] shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution . . ." States were also given a chance to propose changes, or amendments. Three-fourths of the states have to approve the amendment for it to become law.

The writ of Habeas Corpus Stands!!

  • @ddsharper "The Congress, whenever two-thirds of both Houses [the House and the Senate] shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution . . ." States were also given a chance to propose changes, or amendments. Three-fourths of the states have to approve the amendment for it to become law. The writ of Habeas Corpus Stands!!"

Not necessaraly. Any law that is re-written in the Constitution to crush the rights for American citizens is prohibited- (treason, illegal).

  • Just try to prove it. Believe me, it's not that easy. Especially if the student had not called attention to himself. I believe what he did took a lot of courage. Not only is it physically difficult to fight this kind of discrimination by simply complying with the officers and walking away to find a lawyer to help you file slap a "racial-profiling" suit on someone, but it is also emotionally draining and financially devastating.

  • haha, American news is so much more humorous than news in england.

  • It is? You guys usually have some good journalists, here with exception to just a few, we have what is nearly a Stalinist USSR style propaganda aparatus at work with intense propaganda. Excepting this clip here, very few in the mainstream have addressed this issue. I'm humored a bit by your response to this.
