Very good, now Im presently doing all Somatic exercises every morning.Can they be done in the evening also? I have a bad habit of over doing my stretches/exercises.I really enjoy doing all of your excercises, they are excellent.Thank you.
The power of somatic education to release and recover is underestimated. Thanks for including it in your practice. Before moving here to Vancouver, I would attend soma yoga classes twice a week, but haven't been able to locate any here in the west. I miss it a lot. I also have started to include aston patterning and ball fascial release. Have you read anything about aston patterning Esther??
