  • Very good, now Im presently doing all Somatic exercises every morning.Can they be done in the evening also? I have a bad habit of over doing my stretches/exercises.I really enjoy doing all of your excercises, they are excellent.Thank you.

  • @bmwusn They are perfect to do in the evening as well, you'll sleep very well after! Twice a day even better..

  • The power of somatic education to release and recover is underestimated. Thanks for including it in your practice. Before moving here to Vancouver, I would attend soma yoga classes twice a week, but haven't been able to locate any here in the west. I miss it a lot. I also have started to include aston patterning and ball fascial release. Have you read anything about aston patterning Esther??
