last time i was in ulduar was in togc gear on this fight 25 man did about 18k dps topped at about 22kdps.. def had to invis on first flash freeze.. highest crit was a 123k arc blast :) -pwnage

The reason he's doing this much damage is due to the stacking debuff on Hodir - since everyone have to keep moving it leaves the spellcasters little time to stand still and cast - shadowpriests however do most of their damage from DoTS - 2/3 are instant apply, last is 1.5s cast, giving the shadowpriests more DPS uptime than any other caster DPS on this fight

hodir for shadow priests is amazing, im ashamed to say that the priest in our guild is usually on the top 5 on hodir and i actually have to fight for aggro against him!

hes usually doing above 12k dps :O probably more now that 3.3 is out

spriests may not always top the charts but they do provide some nice utilities. 1% mana back to the raid every time we mind blast, healing through VE, extra healer when shit hits the fan, 3% extra chance to hit with spells, and theyre just badass.

Guys, just give her fucking credit. She's not bragging or showing off her DPS, just showing a Spriest can DPS and that sometimes they can be absolutly excellent. And for people like bond465, just block/ignore them, they're jealous fuckers that only wish they could be as good as Hydraxiz

Relax guys, this vid is old. If you play a Shadow Priest you should know that we rarely top the charts. It does happen, but it's balls to walls for us while Mages and Locks can semi afk and still be top. Let a humble little Spriest enjoy one of those rare moments like these :)

@Hydraxiz On the other hand not every dps class comes into a raid to top the dps charts there many classes with cc's and other specalised abilities there class offers that will benefit the raid far more than a mage nuking everything such as a rogue doesnt hit massiv dps constanly but they have some extremly useful stuns and cc's that could save a tanks life anyway nice video pal enjoyed it and liked the song

ALSO. in case your wondering. Hodirs dps doesnt matter because dps have a buff the increases dps X amount. sort of like Thaddius or XT heart phase.

I confirm both. My main is a mage. There are only a few fights where spriests will out dps mages. Yogg saron example. Mainly because priests are mainly meant to heal while mages are just straight dps.

You mean "recount".

Go to google and type in "curse"

When your on the website click on WoW addons, then search for recount and download it. Then when you play you type "recount show" and the dps meter will show. You can scroll to show total damage, total healing, healing per second, damage taken and so on.

Your mages clearly fail here tbh, and running around because you have too much threat? Ranged pulls threat at 130% not 100% if you pull threat from your tank with 9k dps then your tank is doing something wrong there, giev him a stormcloud ;p I hitted sometimes 14k dps there and a destro lock even 15k ( our mages suck too)

lol last time I did 11k dps, but I got lucky with the buffs. I look at my dps when the boss is dead, not during the fight because it fluctuates a lot.

It's easy really since we got OP threat reduction. Just try to stick to the guy with the spark cloud, and spam fade while DPSing in moonlight.

This fight around 9.5k although nowadays after some minor upgrades I sometimes hit 11k DPS depending on how lucky I get with buffs. Sometimes people with power spark don't stand near moonlight =(

lol yeah when you kill the adds that are frozen 3 of them put down a buff on the ground, he was in the fire. buff it increases your dps A LOT my mage does 40-60k crits lol
