  • Congrats ebony, I know the baby is going to be so beautiful, I was just wondering do you think you will be doin another cleanse after your pregnancy?

  • Congrats on your new baby! God bless you and your family! Much love

  • You look good! I can't wait to have a baby (a girl)

  • You look GREAT! You can start walking right away. Nothing hardcore. Walk around the neighborhood. The main thing with breastfeeding is just making sure you drink a lot of water! Hydration is key.

  • You look absolutely GORGEOUS!!!!!

  • congrats! i wish you and your baby the best!

  • you ruined ur ears.

  • Wooow!! You look lile you could be 23/24!!!! Geesh!!! You're so lucky that you aren't cursed with stretch marks!! Lol!

  • I am a ob-gyn nurse and I could tell you a whole lot lol! All I do is work with mothers and their babies, if you wanna inbox your questions or call i will leave info in your inbox. Stay blessed!

  • Didn't know u were 36!!!!!!! U dnt look a day over 27/28!!! WOW!! N congrats on the baby, pregnancy as well as motherhood is hard but it's just as BEAUTIFUL!!

  • You look great

  • WOW! ur 36 y/o, thought u were maybe 26 :) We age gracefully. People say i look younger at 45 y/o. Love your hair color, really looks good on u and congratulation. Pray that you have a healthy beautiful baby.

  • I have 3 boys (9, 4 and 2).My doctor advised me not to do anything exhausting. She said that I could start walking around the block after 4 weeks and gradually increasing. I had my first 2 natural and my last was a C-Section. My C-Section took longer to get back in the swing of things about 7 weeks.

  • i have a 7 yr old daughter and just had another baby girl. She is 8 weeks. Rest up now as much as possible because u know babies are a handful.

  • wouldnt say you are 36

and about the gym, talk about it whit your doctor

    GBY!

  • Your so pretty!

  • I have a son, he is 7 now and I understand it hurts to even turn in the bed :( and on top of all that he was due in feb. I had him in Jan. and he was 8 pounds 5 ounces 21inches! LAWD!! I had him naturally that was 7years ago and he is the only child! LOL!!! I am ready for another one though :-) Blessing to you beautiful and take it easy.

  • Ur a sweetheart, GOD will provide!

  • I dont have any professional advice on exercise but take your time to let you body heal, maybe start off slow, Do the micheal Jackson experience or something easy & fun first that way it wont be too much on your body. no kidding. I just pray you are doing well & listen to what your body is telling you..

  • PLEASE give your body the time it needs to heal. Every woman is different and some docs may allow it earlier, but ask them first - don't decide to do it alone. My old school grandma and mother always told us.- well, my hubby's family said similarly -.during the 6 week postpartum period, there is to be no hair washing, no sitting in tubs of water, no being out in the rain.-and don't do anything the doc has not approved-but my family is old school and I am too scared to go against the advice!

  • u sound like me. i am 27 weeks and my son is very low. im nervous because i hope i dont go into preterm labor. they hooked me up and i did contract twice 24 minutes apart and then again after another 24 min. they said i didnt seem as if i was going into labor but they labled me at risk. i have to go bk tomorrow. i pray literally all is well.

  • Giiiiiirrrrllll don't do it! Insanity is INSANE!

  • The Jillian Michaels videos are great and only $10. I found combo pack at Target for $10 last week. The Shed with Weights video is no joke. So keep those videos in mind as well.

  • I can't believe you are almost about to have the baby, it seems like you just got pregnant, Of course I am not carrying it! lol I am so EXCITED FOR YOU! Can't wait till you have it, love you sis is Christ! :) That baby is going to do great things in the Gospel! And you look AWESOME for 36, God has perserved you! :)

  • OMG...you talk and I swear those are my words! At 27weeks, all I think about is "I cant wait to loose the baby weight"....and even the difference in carry my son compared to carrying my baby girl right now...good luck with the next 8 weeks...you look good!!!

  • Omg I have been looking at Insanity 2 but with 30 more pounjds 2 loose Im just not sure that I'm ready if you try it but let me know hoe you9r first set goes and I'll do it with you. I excersized 3wks before my 6wks were up with first child, my son b/c I had him natural & I didn't have any prob infact my body responed very well & I healed nicely from striches that I got b/c I wasnt able 2 push on my own. I lost 25lbs in no time so I dont think it'll hurt u but check with ur doctor!

  • You look great! Hows the little puppy? Hes soo cute! I have p90x and Insanity and now i want turbofire now! which is better turbo fire or turbo jam? I stopped doing p90x because my pull up bar dosent fit on my door.

  • I STARTED WORKING OUT 3 WKS AFTER I HAD MY SECOND SON DOING TURBO JAM AND IT WAS FINE. YOU"LL KNOW WHEN YOU ARE READY TO GET BACK IN SHAPE.

  • NO LITTLE BABY, HOLD ON FOR AT LEAST 4 TO 5 MORE WEEKS, AND STOP GIVING MOMMY A HARD TIME!

  • I have 2 copys of insanity and p90x... I don't like insanity so if u want mine I can send it to you. Insanity is just way to much for me... Wayyyyy to much. So yeah let me know

  • *cardio* oh and do a but of yoga now ur body will be ready to work out sooner if u have been doing it already

  • U can do something as long as youre not still bleeding heavy..i did at 4weeks..i walked n did a bit of catsup but u can't do anything to hardcore because u won't be healed enough for it.

  • I breast fed my twins (9 years old now), and doing that helped build their immune system and accelerated my return to my pre-pregnancy weight. When they reached 6 months old, I had to return to a physical fitness regimen . I noticed that the breast milk did slow a bit...but pumping at work stimulated the production of milk enough for me to feed at least one of my babies until she was full. I alternated bottle feeding and breast feeding between the babies when I returned to exercising.

  • 36?!?! You look fabulous, Ebony!

  • I just ordered TurboFire this weekend! You look great PREGGOS!

  • He is already bigger than you :)

  • Whoa honestly you do not look over 25. Just have your bags ready our intuition won't fail us. Harmony

  • You look great mama! You are getting closer and closer! Im excited for you. I hope we get to see pics of Solomon👍

  • I am currently 25 weeks with my first boy and I wish someone would have told me the difference between a girl and a boy pregnancy. My first was a girl and I promise you, I didnt have the same issues I had with my daughter as I am having with my son. This boy is draining me of energy and any and everything else you can think of. But dont get me wrong, Im not complaining just fully aware of the difference..lol...Pray my strength and I definitely be praying for yours.

  • 36?! what!!! You look great!!

  • @Godsladie Yeah that surprised me too. She might be the type that's built to last.

  • @TheMzSimon Maybe because she is busy! ummmm yeah....lol

  • I do feel you!! We feel the same just the opposite sex, I'm expecting my first girl. She is giving me the blues. My boys were so much different. I feel you on the exercise too. My husband is a personal trainer and he works from home, lol. I'm glad you both are healthy, just rest and take it easy.

  • You still look great, mama!

  • You are in the downhill slide honey! Looks like you will be having that baby @valentine's day. Epson salt baths were a miracle worker for me when I was pregnant with my son. Helps with the swollen ankles and the sore body. I'm Thinking 'bout ya!

  • You look awesome. I promise, so many of my friends are having babies right now and I think I am getting the itch. Married 3 years and together a total of 7...I'm 31. Yeah...it may be time. Take care and I look forward to your healthy little blessing!!!

  • I agree 100% Im 24 my daughter didnt give me any of the problems my son is im 30wks now and the soreness in my vagina is off the chain and the pressure.

  • Also forgot to mention, she has a DVD that has morning and evening workouts which is my favorite. HTH Stay beautiful my sister.

    In Christ,

    ~Mystiqua

  • You look great girl but I do understand. I am pregnant with baby number 6 at 35yo! (I have 4 boys and 1 little girl) Just recently found out that we were having a daughter. YAY!! I currently do PraiseMoves and my hubby is a personal fitness trainer and beachbody coach as well. He recommended the Chalean Extreme for me to do after my six weeks check up with doctors permission. But take a look at PraiseMoves by Laurette Willis I think you might like it.

  • Be encouraged...you look GREAT, I guess thats what they call grace under pressure...

  • Thats a big baby right there! I'm so excited (I'm over here waiting for this baby I'm pregnant.... lol) I'm such a dork. lol.

  • You still look beautiful, boys do run low/

  • When I carried my son he was really low too so I know how you feel about the pain and pressure. I was working full time when I was pregnant w/my son and I remember every time I got up from my seat I felt like Fred Sandford all bent over and walking slow until the pain subsided. LOL

  • I enduced at 37 weeks-i saw no point in being pregnant after that-so i completely understand if u were to do that-pelvic pain and pressure are the WORST!

  • Have you tried any 3rd trimester support bands to help with the pain and pressure? The Atlas Band has one that is really good or you can try some cheaper bands and see what works. GL!

  • Hey Eb, you are farther along than the doctor thinks. Straight up..lol

  • AWEEEEEEEEEE look at the baby. :-)

Girl you know GOD has your back. HE will never leave you nor forsake you. I pray your strength in the Lord and all is well with you and your delivery. Stay encouraged and get all the rest you can you're going to need it when your little man arrives in this world. :-)

God loves you and we your viewers do too.

    Be Blessed and Encouraged.

  • I am pregnant with my fourth at 31 weeks and I am no professional but while breastfeeding yoga worked wonders for me, that is the most you should try but only after the 6 weeks to be safe, be patient you will get there. I have all the dvd's you mentioned too, except for Turbo Fire but I really want Insanity. Take it easy and be blessed love :)

  • Just take it easy baby girl!! And you are probably right, the doc only knows what he sees/what you tell him, for your size you do look on the big side, maybe a big baby? After the baby you can start working out in a month, just start slow as rigorous exercise affects milk flow;) Girl I thought I was free from stretch marks first time around, only to see them pop up in my 8th month I was devastated, and I'm the only one in my fam to have these UGLY stretch marks...sigh! Happy New Year Gorgeous!

  • Hi, I'm no doctor but i am a registered nurse who has just had a baby as well. I'm breastfeeding as well and recently started to workout again. Your milk supply should be just fine. But of course you want to stay well hydrated before, during and after your workout. But please, wait until you are 6 weeks post-partum and or until YOUR ob/gyn gives you the green light. Stay blessed.

  • Honey bless your heart. I pray that you have a healthy baby. I know some people are suggesting you many be having twins but that's doubtful since you've had an ultrasound. Any 3D or 4D ultrasound can confirm the number of fetus. So you very well maybe a few weeks farther along. Best of luck

  • girl rest ..but you look great God bless

  • Wow your tummy is BIG :). U r not being extra when you say that. Feel better.

  • Tell lil man to be patient! Lol! Take it easy, he is very low. I had my last son at 35, I can tell you, my third pregnancy was definitely different. Godbless, relax you will be exercising again soon! :)

  • Sending you comforting vibes ((( Ebony )))

  • I love you :)

    God bless you

  • Have you breastfed before? Girl, lemme tell you...the weight will melt off of you when you breastfeed. I lost 35lbs breastfeeding my son. I don't know about working out and milk production though.

  • i tell you, boys will kill you. I was the same way with my last son. I gained so much weight and didnt get stretch marks, I went from 109 to 173 and he was 9lbs even. I could not walk because the pressure was so bad. I hated bedtime because I was so uncomfortable at night. I would avoid it until I was absolutely exhausted. When my doctor told me that he was 9 lbs I said lets do a c section that was Friday and he was here on Monday.

  • And how do you not have any stretch marks! That's not fair LOL. I had 2 babies and I got me some love marks, Girl. Not bad ones, though. I wear my bikini anyways. Who don't like...don't look. Hee hee You shouldn't "work out" before your six-week checkup with your doctor. You want to make sure everything has settled back into place, after baby's done made a house in your tummy all that time. You can walk if you feel up to it, but I wouldn't do more than that until doc says ok. Blessings

  • It's very possible that you are further along. Your last period may not have been a period at all, which would change your date of conception (that's what happened to my sister). I understand the pressure too... and that fact that he's a big boy isn't helping either. Hang in there, girl. You look beautiful... if that's any consolation LOL.

  • A suggestion is to start water aerobics, that is very low impact - even safe to do during pregnancy, and actually is effective. Just a thought...

  • the belly support for pregnant women was a life saver for me...a strap that holds up the stomach....its at maternity stores...glad all is good

  • I know you don't want to hear it one more time, but please don't rule out twins! I had twins, and your belly looks like twins! You look beautiful and I wish you all the best. :)

  • beautiful belly.. yea u look like ur further along, glad all is going well though take it easy

  • I'm so glad you're doing well other than the normal pain and pressure. I'm 23 weeks by ultrasound...I go to the doctor today and praying he changes my due date. This boy is carrying completely different than my daughter. Hugs!!

  • I had the same problem with discomfort in the pelvic area when I carried my youngest son. Unfortunately it only got worse as he grew. I just had to make sure that I didn't walk too much during the day and rest in bed while at home. When it got too bad I took a low dose of Tylenol. I wish you well and will pray that the discomfort will ease up.

  • LOL @ your "doctor voice". Hang in there, Ebony! I pray all goes well for you and baby. God bless and comfort you. Happy New Year!!!

  • Love u.

  • Are u going to make full term, girl they may haft to take him and you feel a lot of pressure too. You look further along than what the doc. Say but may god bless u and I live u.

  • You are doing good. Ebony.. Love you and God bless you and your family

  • I'm so jealous @how good you're looking with this pregnancy. I was spread all over the place! Kimmytube just released a video of her 7 month belly and she don't even look pregnant from the back.

  • @lovelydikki can you send me the vid i cant find it of Kimmay

  • @rubyicecold go to her twitter the link is there and it's on her page

  • I had the same issue with pressure, and someone recommended a pregnancy girdle. It doesn't smash in you stomach but just provides support to your underbelly to help suspend the baby. It might help you. You look great!

  • Ebony your belly is so cute! I just found out I was pregnant and I am freaking out. My youngest child is 8. Please pray for me. I pray for your discomfort to be washed away.

  • ok Eb I love you I think your beautiful but this hair style is killing me lol im used to you switching it up!!!!! I am trying to give you the pregnancy pass but this is killing me please bring the funky Ebony back ASAP LOL ok now yes all this extra drama is because it's a boy and you are 36 which reminds me of why i don\t think i will have another baby lol BUT with that said please do not have that baby before he is ready to come out let that bun stay in the oven Jesus knows best!!!! love you

  • I just started doing alot of walking about 3-4 weeks after delivery.

  • Love the hair color :)

  • Lol@the interpretation of the doctor's voice.

Sorry you are so uncomfortable but remember, "pressure and pain/brings joy and gain."

You are almost there, Ebony. God Bless.

  • I feel ya. I was the same way with my son.

  • You are a veteran:0).... just listen to your body. Good to breast feed... honestly that was a major contibuting factor to my weight..plus diet and exercise. I walked when I could. Balance and patience; I am sure you know that; but sometimes we need reminders.

  • Aww Ebony...I pray that your discomfort would ease and that God will continuously bless and watch over you, your unborn baby boy, your daughter and your husband.

  • The abdominal wall needs the full 6 weeks to repair or else it can be damaged and

  • i was having alot of pressure at 33 weeks and went to the doc and found out i was dialated to to 3 i was shocked they put me on medicine to stop my labor so if your having alot of pressure where its hard for you to walk go to the hospital....hope you feel better..im now 34 weeks and im on high risk bed rest and have to take meds every 4 hours to stop my contractions..

  • You are so blessed with the no stretchmarks on your belly. I was doing good until week 34 and Im 37 weeks now and they just came out of no where but I agree with the genetics thing. I got them when I was a teen but I moisturize more than once a day and I still got them. Just hoping they fade when this is all said and done plus Im a first time mom.

  • That is a blessing in itself to be on baby 3 with no belly marks! You go girl!

  • Its also good to exfoliate your tummy to prevent stretch marks.

  • I felt the same way when I was pregnant. My baby is 3 months and Im about back to normal expect for losing muscle. Breast feeding helps you lose all the baby weight.

  • when will you be making the video talking bout the issue with a particular birth control that you referenced in a previous video?

  • I am 24 weeks now... We are just 5 weeks apart... Cool. Would you believe me if I told you that my tummy is as big as yours... hahaha! Your tummy is so beautiful. God bless you and your baby!

  • I love your hair color:)

  • You need alot of calories and to eat to produce milk If you excercise depending on the kind you do you need to be mindful. you dont want to be buring calories and fat because you need everything just to make milk for the baby. decide how long you may want to breast feed and go from there

  • Awe, the shots were so pretty

  • i hear ya mama...im 36 weeks..this is my 3rd and hardest...i still get sick most days.my back is sooo sore to...im tired of the snap crackle pop every time i get up. i want to work out too...i love to swim so i think thats my outlet. i am soo tired and feel lazy cuz i cant do much...we are almost done.
