Well if you want to be all serious let's go. The infraction is parking in a illegal place, not parking over the lines. The lines only tells you it's not a parking spot. Otherwise, parking a fullsize pickup in most parking spots since it takes more than one lenght-wise else it sticks out into the traffic area and become an infraction. In this video, It would be illegal to park ANYTHING in there, even if it fits. Think, inform yourself and then you might tell other people they are wrong.
