I smoked for 26 years and yes I do know how hard it can be. It can be done. After a week it starts to get much better and everyday after that your health will improve and you will start feeling better and better. I remember at the 6 month mark how I could unload a trailer and not be breathing hard at all.

I have been smoke free for 6 years now and it has improved my life more than I ever thought it could just because I stop smoking. Good Luck Dude.

Thank you George. It's not easy at all, but I will be able to unload that trailer soon too. I am having as much fun with the whole process as I can, it totally helps me to keep myself on track. Thanks for sharing!
