most musicians have to because at a live concert they have to hear themselves to make sure they hit the rite notes and pitch i am a bit of my singer myself and its hard to sing when hundreds of ppl r screaming so u were them and they also let u hear the instruments so they look lik eheadfones idiot and examples of ppl who were them r hannah montana metro station panic at the ciso and so on!
