I'll try and explain this the best I can... The guy is Wolf and little red cap and little black cap are both Hares (hence the bunny ears) Both the hares are in love with Wolf but he loves red cap more, making black cap jealous. When they go off to play a game, Black cap says "If you go after both hares, you will catch neither" because Wolf is playing both girls and as an end result, will end up with no-one. She mutilates red cap and leaves her alone before running away...

So when they went to go play a game black cap took out red caps eyes so she couldn't see him. Her lip so she couldn't kiss him. Her hair so she wouldn't be pretty anymore & her foot so she couldn't run.

"Who is killing me?" because even though Black Cap is, Wolf is the one who caused it. That's my take anyway.
