The pump should have shut off once it reached $17.00. However, These Middle Eastern Gas Station owners like to leave the pump running so they can get more money out of the patron. Or, the other trick is, they will take extra money from your credit card (Like $30 or $40) for 30 days, to collect interest from their banks. They're Crooks..
