John, Thanks for doing this. Two questions: Have you tried +/- pulses instead of just positive, and have you considered letting the plates "float" within a fixed limit, to allow movement-putting a spacer to keep them from touching, but letting the +/- plate move freely?

The more I look at your efforts John, the more I'm convinced you should read the document "Cutting The Gordian Knot of the Great Energy Bind" by Andrija Puharich. Some real scientific background which could (!) add some basis for some things that we see and the factors of which you already discovered are of influence.
So is the gas the dielectric or the water my guess is that it's the gas. Your cells then dont need multiple plates so much as they need to be tall and thin giving the charged gas more time to work on its way to the top.
Hello john, right now you are close to it. you lose pressure with the holes up top middle. amps will be more do to the size and number of plats.look at bubbles at right cut out "big and slow". Its like 5 sec wave there.keep it up your on the right track.you will crack the WM with this one.

nice work john. have you tryed with the "WM" blocking the sides so water only flows from the bottem up. could be an interesting one.

You may be able to pulse this with just a simple Turning Signal Relay. They are cheap and easy to wire up.
