This is not fake at all. I just looked up "can't stop sneezing.". There's an article about her called "Sneezing girl officially diagnosed." First off, I don't think that's a real sneeze. But saying it's fake because it's through her mouth isn't right. Just about everyone sneezes through their mouth. That spray that comes out is from your mouth too. That's why sneezes make an AH-CHOO sound. Pay attention next time you sneeze.
