how do u find bound spells

I've done part 2 and it said something like "you were struck by lightening, recieved a new spell". Nothing about the completed chorrol recommendation quest! I tried talking to either Teekeeus and Earana but it's like the quest never existed! I even tried stealing the book back from Earana and giving it to Teekeeus, but he doesn't say anything about the book anymore. But before I stole it from Earana, Teekeeus said he'll write the recommendation, but it doesn't say "completed" in my journal. WTF

@haarbal1997 Lol I found out after I wrote that, that the completed recommendation won't show up after you complete it, so don't worry, just carry on after you "complete" it. xDDD

Well yeah, i gave him the book and completed the finger bla bla quest but is my recomendation ready? cause my quest isnt complete.

i already did all the thieves fighters and assasin questlines.

What i did was i went over to earana after i gave it to him and told her i gave it to him. then when she asked me to steal it, i said no and it said i completed fingers of the mountain prt 2 and when i looked at my map and did quest join the mages guild, there wasnt an arrow pointing to teekus anymore. try that. =D

@skorna3 you need 1. Welkynd Stone and 2. A shock damage spell, read the girl's note for further instuctions

talk to earana or whatever and tell her you gave the book to teekeeus or whatever and it should be complete.
