Its not a map but a mod. Its called nightmare house. Just google nightmare house mod and download it. it should be nightmare house remake. There are 2 versions in it. This is version 2.

Can someone please help?! I've been having this MAJOR problem with gmod 10! Whenever I try to start it up, this FUCKING ERROR MESSAGE pops up and tells me that the memory cannot be "written". What does that mean?! How can I fix it?

Completely delete your garry's mod folder. Then make sure you have HL2, HL2DM, CSS, installed. Launch Garry's Mod with no addons installed and see if you still get the error.

I did all that you said, and it still didn't work. Also, I don't need TDM, because I have had Garry's Mod working before, but I uninstalled it to clear RAM for another game.

People are having issues with the new update and Garry is in the process of fixing stuff. If the error still continues, I don't know if I can be much help anymore.
