  • WTF! So, basically, we have the "have nots" trying to take from the "haves". WOW. Simply, WOW.

NOW, what if I, wanted what little you had.. do I have that right to just take it from you? Why not? You just stole a fucking house! I live in an apartment, and you know what? I pay my rent on time every month. I am not happy, but damnit I PAY FOR WHAT I HAVE! I don't expect handouts.. I'm also self employed, if work is slow one month, well, that's what savings are for. FUCKING LOSERS

  • Liberal, socialists jerks

  • Im in Michigan and me and 2 kids are being evicted. Do you have any information about such a organization here.

  • From Flip This House to Jack This House. LOL.

  • totsky and marx would be very proud of you! this is pure communism, just take what you need, doesn't matter who really owns it? Just take that house, food, clothing whatever you need, obamo is giving out cell phones, food stamps, just take it all. Where's your babies daddies? this is aggressive homeless in action.

  • @bohemianh How can a collective abstraction like a corporation own things?Only individuals can own things. These foreclosed houses should be considered abandoned & forfeit, hence a 1st come 1st serve opportunity.A criminal system that's reduced us all to penury has 0 legitimacy.Banksters are commie-fascists.Corporations are commie-fascists.The State is commie-fascist. No legitimacy anywhere. Now justice must be seized by the people. They're homeless because of the aggressive elitists in action.

  • @HyperIndividualist you have no education? a corporation is the same as a person under the law. The shareholders own the company no matter how small or big. The managers duty is to max the shareholders profits for their investment.

  • @bohemianh That's the problem. Such criminal insanity must stop if we're going to have any future. The law is an ass. The law is something the super rich bludgeon the poor with and nothing more. When corporations fail these days, they get bailed out by the public - they expect that & take more risks. What a wonderful scam corporations are. When a corporation like Union Carbide commits mass murder, nobody gets the chair. The actual human beings running corporations hide behide corporate personhood.

  • @HyperIndividualist What about the poor sucker who formerly owned the home? The guy claims to be a business minded individual and then says, " a System that doesn't provide jobs " What a moron. I don't believe him. I think he is just a bum stealing someone else's property. You don't get to take someone's property just because you think you got a raw deal. Civilization doesn't work like that.

  • very interesting...

  • "We are not concerned what is legal and illegal, but what is moral."

Every action taken by the Nazi Regieme against the Jews and other targeted people, Christians & racial minorities, was legal, but never was it moral.

When a society abandons morality and makes laws meant to be politically expedient, of special interests, by special inters, for special interests (read Multi National Corporations), this is the inevitable result.

When the few profit obscenely, the many suffer, and the all die.

  • While the motivation is admirable (like all other liberal endeavors), the results from this policy will be Black people buring down their new homes from cooking crack or leaving their numerous "chillinz" home alone to play with matches.

Moreover, local property values will plummet from the newly arrived sub-Saharan savages

  • @dgl1962 - Everyone has told me "you can't lose money in real estate". So either you're an idiot or they're idiots. I'm going to have to believe it's the latter.

  • @jskaggs2008 Since I'm the former, I thank you.

Seriously, buying a home is better than paying rent, even if you bought at 30% above the market.

Do the math, after 15 or 20 years of renting, you'll have higher rent and a shoe box full of cancelled checks that amount to well over $300,000 (17.5 years at $1500. per month)

Whereas after 15 or 20 of paying off a mortgage (that never goes up if you get a fixed rate), you'll own it and it will be a sizeable asset in your pocket, not the landlord's.

  • Every day I am so thankful I am employed and earn a good salary. It is truly a miracle in this economy.

  • THIS IS F*CKIN' AWESOME!!! TAKE THAT SH*T BACK!!!

  • Sounds like what people are wont to do here in the third world

  • The realstate market is still in a MAJOR BUBBLE!!!
