@rwr44857 rett is considered on the autism spectrum as one of the most severe forms of autism. i am also classified as autistic but its all diagnosed under my rett diagnosis code now.
i dont have a med need for a wheelchair but have seat in my friends with the knee blocks and a tray and most of the straps you have on yours it kind of cool ,btw he has cp
@rwr44857 yeah well his chair probably has a standing mechanism on it maybe. he has a tray probably because he has no laptop mount. i have rett syndrome and CP.
@rwr44857 Hehe yes i love being held in nice and very tightly. knee blocks i dont see where we can medically justify it and a tray i cant justify as i have a laptop mount. i prefer straps. i want to get some straps across my calfs.

if you like being held in nice and tite you should check into getting some knee blocks for your chair and maybe a tray , look forword to more vids
