it seems a nice concept, but the problems might be: 1 how do they come to power? if it's through election, they may well have to dilute their beliefs just to become electable, and 2 once they come to power, whats to stop an animal farm situation arising, where the pigs become no different to the farmer who came before them.

Like housing for instance. That requires a human service for building materials and funds. I don't think any one person is entailed to another's labor. That does not mean I support the current system of people who coercively claim land that is not connected to their use and/or labor.
Do I hear a future politician here (?) There seems to be too much in you not to one day be a possible leader.
